1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Toolshubkit (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. These terms govern your use of the website and all tools, documentation, and blog content provided herein.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the tools on Toolshubkit for personal, educational, or commercial software development purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website;
• Use the Service for any malicious purpose, including generating harmful scripts or phishing content;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
• "Mirror" the Service or any part of its functionality on any other server without prior written consent.

3. Account Creation & Authentication

For certain features (Invoice Generator cloud storage), you may choose to create an account by signing in with Google OAuth. By creating an account:

• You authorize us to collect your email address and Google user ID for authentication purposes;
• You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account;
• You must provide accurate and current information;
• You may delete your account at any time through our contact form.

4. Cloud Storage & Data Limits

When you use cloud storage features (Invoice Generator):

• Free Tier Limits: By default, users can store up to 50 invoices. This limit may be adjusted at our discretion;
• Subscription Plans: We may offer premium plans with increased limits in the future;
• Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content you store;
• Backup Responsibility: While we maintain database backups, you should export important data regularly;
• Service Continuity: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the data you input into the tools and store in the cloud. While our tools are designed to work securely, you agree to:

• Not store illegal, harmful, or infringing content;
• Not use the Service to violate local, national, or international law;
• Not attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures;
• Not share account credentials with third parties;
• Maintain backups of important data stored in the cloud.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability of our tools. However, Toolshubkit does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. For cloud storage users, we will provide at least 30 days notice before discontinuing the service.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service;
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior;
• Attempt to compromise system security;
• Remain inactive for more than 2 years (with prior email notification).

You may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, all your cloud-stored data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Toolshubkit shall be governed by the laws of the operating jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
